The Now Ingredients

Now- I awake with a brand new beginning.

Clean, clear, connected and tuned in.

I recognize and acknowledge all things and everything for exactly what it is - 

each with its own nature, purpose and role.

I feel the exchanges within every cell of my body, each particle of my being and every molecule combined to create the world around me.

As I move through today, I experience the sensations of my interactions and connections with all I encounter.

I proceed as me - nothing else and nothing less.

In full awareness, I direct my actions.

 By conscious choice, I follow the guidance of my highest joy.

My life, as it is designed to be - by me, is created in each moment.

Incorporating the brilliance of All animates the magnificence of every experience. It is made real, made flavorful and made delicious by the infusion of the pure, organic ingredients that are here- Now.

It is time to get cooking!

What might this look like?

I approach the table already in tune with the innate intelligence of my body. I acknowledge the sensations I feel as information being relayed to my conscious awareness.

It is now my opportunity to respond.

 I could react by default and mindlessly grab at what looks tasty.

But Now I choose.

I utilize my discernment to respond with appropriate action.

I recall my intent for this communion and allow, from a blank slate,

the perfect match to become apparent.

Voilà

This makes for the best meal, every time.
